We can take you all the way through, including completing your on-site NVQ log book evidence, knowledge and understanding, including preparation for your End Point Assessment AM2, AM2E, AM2S or any specialised area if required.
We train both online through our own training portal with lots of practice tests, ensuring complete understanding, supported by us all the way through, with exams completed in a quiet, supportive environment to ensure maximum understanding.
This also ensures ou fully study all elements of the qualification requirements and thoroughly understand the required theory, which we also go through with you when you come to complete each of the exams at our Dergy Centre.
In our practical workshop, and outside, all tasks are completed in a realistic manner directly with experienced assessors, not in a big class, so that you can relax, and also gain the required experience you need to work in the Electrical Trade at the correct level of knowledge and understanding of how to apply the required skills.
Remember, we also cover 100% of all tasks, fault finding, inspection and testing, not just the minimum, ensuring you can confidently work in the Electrical industry at the right level.

WHAT IS INVOLVED IN the Level 2 DIPLOMA?
This course is available to study through our online training portal for the electrical knowledge elements and practice exam questions.
All practical is completed on a 1:1 basis with a qualified assessor to get the best experience and understanding of installation practice at our Derby Centre.
There are 5 units to complete, with all exams and practicals completed directly with an experienced assessor on a One to One basisi.

Electrical Installations Technology
Installation of Wiring Systems and Enclosures
Understand how to communicate with others in the building services and engineering
Pay over a number of months if required at no extra cost, and NO FINANCE COMPANY INVOLVED
This depends on how much time you allocate to the course, but realistically can be completed in 4 to 6 months to ensure you understand the material and can apply the practical skills required. If it takes you longer or shorter, we accommodate every learning style and time period. What is important is that you can understand and apply that knowledge.
You can take longer if you need to study more or if other commitments restrict your study times.



The Level 3 Diploma is the next step once you have completed Level 2 on a career path or if you want to work towards gaining the JIB Gold Card as an 'Approved Electrician'
This course is available to study through our online training portal for the electrical knowledge elements and practice exam questions.
All practicals are completed on a 1:1 basis with a qualified assessor to get the best experience and understanding of installation practice very important with level 3, because you will be learning about the application of inspection and testing and fault finding.
We also test the entire installation, including Live Testing, not done in many centres..

This will depend on how much time you can allocate to the course, but most people can complete it in around 3 to 4 months for level 2 and another 6 to 8 months for level 3.
We are flexible on times to ensure you understand the requirements and prepare yourself for working in the Electrical Industry
What is more important is understanding and being able to apply and use the knowledge and skills that you learn; in this way, you are more confident and valuable in the Electrical trade.

We try to minimise the time you need to attend our assessment centre by providing training via our own ON-LINE LEARNING PORTAL WITH A NUMBER OF ADVANTAGES.
All practical skills will be taught directly with two assessors on a one-to-one basis, enabling you to learn fully practical skills with the confidence required to work in the Trade.
The exams and practical assessments will be undertaken at our centre in Derby under the control of a qualified assessor and invigilator to City & Guilds and JCB/ICA requirements.
Remember the Electrical trade is growing fast with new applications and exciting opportunities developing within the Trade, particularly with changes in heating requirements and electric Vehicle charging in all aspects of Commercial Industrial and Domestic applications.
New wind farms and Solar Electric supplies all need Electricians to install and maintain supplies in this ever-changing world.

Fault finding and being able to fully test and inspect installations is both challenging and add additional interest in Electrical Installations.
Being able to understand and apply theory, not just passing exams, is important, which is why we support the Electrical Trade in the way we do and give you experience directly with our assessors so that we can pass on our knowledge directly to you. This is why, at level 3 particulalry with Fault finding Inspection and testing, we spend 2 full days directly working with you to ensure confidence and maximum knowledge and practical skills to work in the trade.
